This perfume came to me fully formed. There I was, with my husband and our son, lying on a delicious, perfect, Hawaiian beach, relaxing for the first time in who knows how long, when along came this idea for a completely new scent.

It would be sweetly alluring…and then turn into a lush, warm, all-out seduction. Each note was already spelled out. Each ingredient was clear.

So, back at home in Seattle, I got right to work, taking the lovely sweetness and innocence of pure Vanilla and added just enough of the ‘naughty’ scents to make it truly intoxicating… Amber, Musk, Jasmine, Moroccan Rose, Patchouli, Blackberry and a few other secret delights.

Truth? This perfume smells exactly the way it did in my imagination.

(And it doesn’t hurt that my husband adores it – but judging from the emails I’ve received from a lot of very happy women, men everywhere are finding Miss Anastasia a very powerful motivator!)

As a perfumer, and as someone with a lifelong adoration of scent, creating Miss Anastasia has been an utter delight.
